Experience:

Urban Planning and Research professional with experience in academic support, field research, spatial data collection, and urban resilience projects. Currently serving as an Assistant Lecturer at Ardhi University, supporting teaching, research, consultancy, and outreach activities. Previously worked with the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) on multiple urban planning and sustainability projects, including flood risk mitigation in the Msimbazi River Valley, urban food production, and large-scale land plot evaluation. Experienced in data collection and analysis, GIS mapping, field surveys, report writing, and stakeholder engagement. Has also contributed to resilience and solid waste management projects and supported village land use planning at the district level.
