I am a GIS and Spatial Data professional with over 6 years of experience in spatial data collection, analysis, and mapping across government, international, and research projects in Tanzania. I have worked with organizations such as JICA, the National Bureau of Statistics, RootGIS, and the Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team, supporting land use planning, population mapping, environmental research, and humanitarian response. My expertise includes GIS analysis, remote sensing, field data collection using GPS/GNSS and Kobo tools, spatial data cleaning, and web mapping. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Regional Development Planning and am proficient in ArcGIS, QGIS, Python, and open-source mapping platforms. I am a collaborative, detail-oriented professional committed to delivering accurate, high-quality spatial data for evidence-based decision-making.
